These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Teenie Weenies’ facilities, services, and website. By entering our premises, booking a party, enrolling a child at our nursery, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Teenie Weenies is an indoor children’s soft play centre, OFSTED-registered nursery, and party venue located in Birmingham City Centre, opposite the Bullring building on Park Street. We have operated since 2015 and are committed to providing a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and families.

The following conditions apply to all visitors using our soft play area:
• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises.
• All play equipment is manufactured to British Standard BS8409:2002. Visitors must follow all posted safety notices and instructions from staff.
• Socks must be worn by all children and adults using the soft play equipment. Footwear with sharp edges or heels is not permitted on the equipment.
• Children must play in the area appropriate to their age and size. Please follow any age or height restrictions displayed.
• Food and drink consumed in our café must not be taken into the soft play area, with the exception of baby food and formula for infants.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor from the premises if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other visitors, or our staff.
• Teenie Weenies accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
• Entry prices are subject to change. Please check our current pricing before visiting.
The following terms apply to all party packages, including the Standard Party, Exclusive Party, and Make a Bear Party:
Deposits and Payment:
• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your party booking.
• The final balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the party date.
• Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations and Changes:
• Bookings are non-transferable to alternative dates or times.
• The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in the full balance being due.
On the Day:
• A party cake is not included in any package. You are welcome to bring your own cake; our team will present it for you. Please bring your own napkins and candles.
• At least one guardian must accompany every five children throughout the party to provide adequate supervision.
• Only one adult is permitted per child guest. Additional adults may be admitted subject to a charge of £1 per person.
• Please notify us of any special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, dairy allergy, nut allergy) at least 7 days before the party date. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• Teenie Weenies reserves the right to alter or substitute party elements in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
The following terms apply to all nursery enrolments. Full nursery terms will be provided on registration.
• Our OFSTED-registered nursery provides childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, on a full-time and part-time basis.
• Nursery opening hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm. The nursery is closed on bank holidays, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.
• A registration form and all required documentation must be completed before a child’s first session.
• Fees are payable in advance as agreed at registration. We accept government-funded places for eligible 2 to 4-year-olds; please speak to the Manager for details.
• Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing in accordance with the nursery’s registration agreement.
• We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and all applicable OFSTED guidelines.
• All nursery staff are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and qualified in paediatric first aid.
• We operate an open door policy: parents and carers are welcome to visit or spend time with their child at any time.
• Any concerns about your child’s welfare or our provision should be raised with the Nursery Manager in the first instance.
Our on-site café is open to visitors and the general public. All food and drink is consumed at the customer’s risk. Please inform a member of staff of any allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is entirely free from allergens.
The safety of all children and visitors is our highest priority. We ask all guests to:
• Follow instructions given by Teenie Weenies staff at all times.
• Refrain from bringing onto the premises any item that could pose a risk to others.
• Report any hazards, incidents, or concerns to a member of staff immediately.
Teenie Weenies reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave the premises if, in our reasonable opinion, their behaviour endangers the safety or enjoyment of other visitors or our staff.
Teenie Weenies takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of visitors. However:
• Children use all equipment and facilities at their own risk, under the supervision of a responsible adult.
• We accept no liability for injuries arising from failure to follow our safety rules or staff instructions.
• We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
